Our cancellation policy is based upon our industry fair value of time invested in preparing for your event as follows:
- Community representative cancels 1-30 days prior to the event date a fee of $300 will be invoiced
- Community representative cancels 31-60 days prior to the event date a fee of $150 will be invoiced
- Community representative cancels 61-75 days prior to the event date a fee of $75 will be invoiced
- Community representative within a 60 day window of the event date makes significant changes in the date, or changes in the event time of more than 2 hours, or a significant change in the event location (ie: from inside to outside) a fee of $100 will be invoiced. These types of changes effect availability of vendors who have already been scheduled and invoiced, and will require additional scheduling efforts, time in invoicing or refunding paid invoices to vendors no longer available.
